Young at Heart Photo Release

I voluntarily authorize Heavenly Hosting Services LLC, the organizer of Young at Heart: A Naturist Festival 2026 (“Event”) (“Young at Heart”) to photograph or record me at Young at Heart: A Naturist Festival 2026 and to use my name, likeness, image, and voice, if captured, in photographs or recordings for promoting Young at Heart and future Young at Heart events, including on websites, social media, email, advertising, and other promotional materials.

I understand and agree that:

• This permission is voluntary and is not required to purchase a ticket, attend the Event, or participate in Photo Bingo.

• Young at Heart may edit, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, and otherwise use the photographs or recordings for the purposes described above.

• I will not receive compensation, royalties, or other payment.

• Young at Heart is not required to use any photograph or recording.

• This permission applies to photographs and recordings made at the 2026 Event and does not authorize photographing or recording me in prohibited or private areas.

• Young at Heart will use this permission consistently with the Event’s Code of Conduct and photography rules.

• I may decline this release without penalty by leaving this box unchecked.
